1. Define Challenge

Selected industry partners address their digitization challenges in the form of a challenge.

2. prototype.club scouts

prototype.club selects interdisciplinary and customized teams and start-ups to face the challenge.

3. Virtueller Kick-off

The pre-qualified teams will receive their assignment and access to the virtual work platform before the IAA Transportation

4. Preparation & Development time

Until the trade fair, the teams develop their functional prototypes in virtual space.

5. Pitch @IAA2024

At the IAA Transportation, the teams present their solution to a jury made up of your company and other experts.

6. Award ceremony @IAA2024

Selection and award ceremony for the best teams at IAA Transportation.

7. Scoping-Workshop

In the following scoping workshop, a 100-day roadmap for an MVP is defined together with the winning team and your company, so that they can then get started directly with implementation.
