The Ukrainian Automotive and Mobility Cluster was created in 2018 by the leading component manufacturers for the automotive industry in Ukraine.
With Our Vision we see Ukraine as a good location for the automotive manufactures, a reliable partner, an attractive employer and a driver for innovation development.

Our Strategic Goals:

• To Create favourable conditions for doing business with the Ukrainian automotive industry and to be integrated into international supply chains.
• To Promote production localization in Ukraine
• To be a driver for innovative infrastructure development in Ukrainian automotive and Mobility sector.
• To develop capacities and competencies of Ukrainian automotive companies

The Ukrainian delegation represents the whole supply chain from parts and component manufacturers up to the biggest Ukrainian OEM. Manufacturers of heaters, electronic components and equipment, tooling and plastic parts and special vehicles are open for contractual manufacturing. All of them are ready for cooperation and reliable long-term partnerships. There are plenty of opportunities to start a promising cooperation already now. High qualified engineers and IT specialists, skilled workers, resilient production capacities and 5 times less costs than in Germany are the competitive advantages of the industry in Ukraine.
Despite the challenging conditions in a full scale war, the Ukrainian companies have been able to create structures to resume production only 20 days after the invasion. In 2024 the sales of new cars increased twice compared to the previous yearі and soon will reach the number of sold new cars in 2021. Car manufacturing was re-started in June 2022.

Fiscal and custom Incentives, taxes exemption, investment guarantees (BMWK, PWC) and free investment areas are available at Industrial parks in Ukraine.
